Within this page, you will find a series of chair yoga sessions delivered by Maeve Ferris, Ebb & Flow Yoga. These videos are 15 minutes in duration and can be viewed in your own time. Supported by the Healthy Ireland Fund, the Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest committee made these videos available online as part of the Mindful Moments and Chair Yoga series that was held from 30 Nov – 18 Dec 2020. This committee is a collaboration between Kerry County Council, the HSE, NEWKD, SKDP, Kerry Mental Health Association, Jigsaw Kerry, IT Tralee, Kerry Volunteer Centre, Connecting for Life Kerry and Healthy Kerry.
